This Privacy Policy explains how Lead Machine ("we", "our", "the app") handles information when you use our iOS application.

Account & Identity

Lead Machine uses account authentication to keep your searches, purchases, and contact workflow associated with your account. We store the minimum account information needed to provide the service.

Location Data

When you set a base location and run a search, the address or coordinates you provide are sent to our backend to query Google's location services and return nearby businesses. Location data is used only to perform the search you request and is not sold or shared with third parties for advertising.

Business Search Results

Search results (business names, addresses, phone numbers, and websites) come from Google's Places and Geocoding APIs. This data is publicly available business information, not personal data about you.

Contacts You Add

Businesses added to your contact list, along with phone numbers, websites, notes, statuses, and outcomes you record, are stored on our backend so your list can grow cumulatively and avoid duplicate contacts. This data is associated with your account and is not shared with other users.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple's App Store. We receive confirmation of a completed purchase and the product purchased, but never your payment details.

Third-Party Services

Lead Machine uses Google Maps Platform (Geocoding and Places APIs) to power location search, and Apple's App Store for in-app purchases. Each provider's own privacy policy governs their handling of data passed to them.

Data Retention & Deletion

Your contact list and account data persist until you delete them in-app or request deletion. You can request deletion of backend-held data by contacting us below.

Children's Privacy

Lead Machine is intended for business use by adults and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
