These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Lead Machine iOS application ("the app"). By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the App

Lead Machine helps you search for local businesses and organize your own outreach. You agree to use the app only for lawful business purposes and not to misuse business contact information obtained through the app (e.g. for spam or harassment).

Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of the account credentials and devices you use with Lead Machine.

Purchases & Radius Access

Radius access levels (5–50 miles) and Full Access are one-time in-app purchases processed through Apple's App Store, subject to Apple's own terms and refund policies. Purchases unlock search functionality within the app and do not expire.

Search Data

Business search results are provided via third-party location data services (Google Maps Platform) and are provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any business listed.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Lead Machine to violate applicable telemarketing, do-not-call, or anti-spam laws, or to harass or defraud any business or individual.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Lead Machine is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
